Personal injury
No matter what type of accident you have been involved in, all passengers in the car will receive personal assistance to help them recover from the accident as quickly as possible.
The personal assistance includes
- up to six physiotherapy, chiropractic, zonetherapy or massage treatments
- up to four hours of trauma counselling
- up to four hours of advisory service with a lawyer and/or the public authorities.
Be aware that you must have consulted your own doctor before you can receive any treatment.
Breakdown
Nordania Assistance assists you in case of breakdown, that is, in the event that the vehicle cannot start or drive due to a sudden defect.
The assistance covers
- towering of your vehicle to a garage designated by Nordania. You must contact the garage yourself
- a free replacement vehicle in category F (small estate car) in case your vehicle must be towed to a garage
- delivery of fuel in case the tank of your vehicle is empty. The fuel charge is added to the lessee´s bill
- an unlocking service in case you have shut yourself out of the vehicle
- free recovery of stuck vehicles
- minor repairs at the scene
- a jump start service
- onward transportation for you and your passengers.
In nine out of ten incidents, Falck can help you on the spot. If Falck cannot help you, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle or a similar form of transport. If you breakdowm in Denmark, a replacement vehicle is free of charge for the first three consecutive days - including 100 km. per day but excluding fuel, insurance and any travel costs to and from the replacement vehicle.
In the event of breakdowns outside Denmark, assistance is provided in cooperation with SOS International and Falck´s international partners.
Traffic accidents
Nordania Assistance covers accidents or any damage to your vehicle that prevent further driving. Falck will tow the damaged vehicle to a garage designated by Nordania.
In case of accidents in Denmark, Nordania Assistance offers an exclusive help programme. We will provide you with a free replacement vehicle which is free of charge for the first three consecutive days - including 100 km per day but excluding fuel, insurance and any travel costs to and from the replacement vehicle.
Nordania Assistance cooperates with authorised garages, and you will usually be provides with a replacement vehicle during the repair period. Please note that you must contact the garage yourself about getting a replacement vehicle. If your vehicle is a write-off in Denmark, the replacement vehicle is free of charge until two business days after the assessor has confirmed that the vehicle is a write-off - including 100 km per day but excluding fuel, insurance and any travel costs to and from the replacement vehicle.
In the event of breakdowns outside Denmark, assistance is provided in cooperation with SOS International and Falck´s international partners.
Tire and window damage
In case of damage to tires or windows, you will be assisted by a mobile tire repair or window replacement service. Any repairs will be at the expense of the lessee.
